Agree and document an explicit contract up front

  • Specify the objectives, measures of impact and programme duration

Operate to professional standards and accommodate senior managers’ needs throughout

  • I provide unlimited contact time
  • Sessions organised around the availability of the individual – time and location
  • Documented sessions
  • Regular supervision
  • Absolute confidentiality

Formally review and evaluate progress at the end or more frequently as appropriate

  • Aligning with internal HR processes and content where possible

Debrief to confirm mutual satisfaction with results
