Impact

Business coaching agendas are personal, being defined at the intersection of the individual with their business context. However, recurring themes are:

  • Role transition, in particular from functional specialist to general manager
  • Developing leadership style
  • Delivering business transformation
  • Personal and professional values alignment.

I monitor the impact of a business coaching programme on the individual and their organisation through 3 month and 6 month follow up meetings. Good examples of impact would be where my individual client has:

  • Completed a business transformation over a multi-year period
  • Made the transition to a new senior role
  • Decided to confront their personal truth and managed their exit from the company
  • Grown comfortable inhabiting the space conferred by their new, senior role.
